Hillary's classes draw from carefully crafted, alignment-based sequences that invite students to explore balance, concentration, and calm amidst any challenge.
Hillary has been studying movement and meditation through athletics, academics, and regular practice. She received a B.A. in Biology from UC Berkeley, conducted researched in Neuroscience labs, and assisted Physical Therapists, all of which contribute to her knowledge as a yoga teacher.
She is a 500-Hour (E-RYT) Yoga-Alliance Certified Instructor and continues to study yoga with Annie Carpenter and Jason Crandell as well as Insight Meditation under Will Kabat-Zinn.
